2. Add the items you wish to purchase to the “WorldShopping” Cart.

The “WorldShopping cart banner will appear at the bottom of the product page, click “Add to cart” button to add the item to your cart.

3. Complete the payment at “WorldShopping” Cart.

4. About the payment process.

Payment for a WorldShopping order is divided into two invoices. Invoice 1 includes item price, Japanese consumption tax, domestic shipping fee, and purchase agency fee. This invoice is settled at the time an order is placed.
Invoice 2 includes international shipping fee for the WorldShopping warehouse to your home, international handling fee and international shipping insurance fee.
In addition to the amount you pay for a WorldShopping order, you may be required to pay tariffs when the item arrives in your country of residence, which should be paid directly to the local customs or shipping carrier.

※Items in parentheses may not be charged depending on the price of the item.
※Customs duty are not included in WorldShopping payment.
※International shipping fee will be calculated based on the size and weight of the package after the item arrived at WorldShopping's warehouse.

5. About the shipping and item inspection.

WorldShopping provide international shipping services to 226 countries and regions.
The delivery carrier that can be used will vary depending on the delivery destination, so please check the country / region and price list of each delivery carrier and check the details of the delivery destination.

Once the order is confirmed, the order confirmation email will be sent.
The URL of My Page (Storage page) where you can check the order status is included in the email.
On My Page, you can check the order details, progress of purchase, arrival status of the item and international shipping status.
International shipping fee payment is also settled on My Page, so if you do not receive the order confirmation email, please contact our customer support using the contact form.
